Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kikishima app and service ("Service"), provided by Camesoul. Kikishima is operated by Camesoul, a sole proprietorship based in Japan.
The Service
Kikishima provides live machine-translated captions for audio on your Mac. Translations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for legal, medical or other critical decisions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to capture and translate the audio you use with Kikishima, including obtaining consent from meeting participants where required by law.
Accounts
Keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or in violation of these terms.
Plans and billing
A free plan with limited weekly usage may be offered. Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Pro includes a monthly usage allowance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; taxes may apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Payments are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service.
